I have always been a very active person, finding mental stability and peace in movement. I grew up as a dancer and a track athlete and have never been a stranger to very hard physical work. I attended an exceptional athletes program for high school and my love for fitness and health sciences boomed from there. A certified personal trainer for over 10 years, I have stayed up to date on new research and coaching, not only because I want the best for my clients, but also because I just love learning about it!! I hope to always continue sharing a healthy lifestyle with others and help them find a love for movement and health. One on one or small personal training sessions are available to meet your specific needs in a safe and supportive space. Bootcamp: An awesome inclusive vibe for this fitness class! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged, this class can be made as intense or as fundamental as needed.
